The town of Chester (Orange County), New York apparently has a special flag
known as "Chester's Service Flag". It is from October 15th, 1918 and was made to
commemorate Chester's men and women who fought in WW1. The flag has a red outer region and a white inner region. Inside the white inner region are 73 dark
blue stars.
