Description of the flag

Looking through the county's resolutions, ordinances, and agendas, I found a mention of an Atlantic County flag from 1984. I'm not sure if this is the same flag, but it certainly could be. Not sure as to when it might have been adopted.

The reported flag is ~3:5 dark blue with a large circular logo/seal centered on it, shown in orange on white monochrome withing a thick orange edge. The diameter of the whole device is approx. 10/13ths of the flag’s height. The seal is usually presented with a coiled rope edge, as in https://www.insidernj.com
