Description of the flag

I have found the flag for the village of Lake Park, North Carolina. The flag consists of an alternate seal variant (which I could not find), in yellow and black, superimposed on what is supposed to represent trees but looks like a green silhouette of the top of a picket fence. The flag has a white background and a thick green border. Sorry I couldn't draw this one.
