The seal

The seal shows a realistic landscape scene reduced to 7 colors: In the foreground, in dark brownish grey, the contour of a lowing elk bull and some reeds, behind which a pale blue river meanders through a grassy meadow in light olive with darker olive color river banks and trees, in the distance hilly terrain in buff and dark gray mountains on the horizon, with white details and edging against the pale blue sky.

The seals’s rim is buff-edged on the outside in teal (an 8th color) and on the inside in the same dark brownish grey and contains in capital letters of the same color the inscription "The official seal of the city of Big Timber, Montana" arched all the way from and to the bottom of the rim, whereat lays a slightly dense five-point star of the same color, pointing up.
