Description of the flag

The flag of Blue Springs can be seen behind a photo of the council at www.bluespringsgov.com/City%20Council/02-03%20Council.gif . It apparently contains the city logo with text above and below, but is not clear enough to tell the precise arrangement.

I received from Merideth Parrish, Public Information Officer at City of Blue Springs three photos of the city flag, without any further information. The flag is white with the city logo on it.
