Wikipedia shows
an image, but gives no source. The
attached photograph (PP-23-4-004) from the Public Archives of Hawaii differs
in two respects: the "Cross of St. Patrick" saltire in the canton is equal in
width to the "Cross of St. George" unlike that in Union Jack and the badge in
the fly appears to lack the red and blue border. The
attached photograph (PP 102-4-003) of
H.H.M.S. Kaimiloa at anchor in Honolulu Harbour shows the ensign flying in the
wind. Someone with better eyesight and a better magnifying glass than me should
be able to determine whether the flag in PP-23-4-004 or the Wikipedia drawing
was the actual service ensign in use.
