Indio appears to have adopted its new logo on March 28, 2022. The flag
was adopted the same year, as it can be seen flying in front of the Indio
Corporate Yard building on
Google Maps. I cannot find any recent images of the city hall, but it
seems very likely its flag has been replaced as well.

Though it doesn't mention official approval of the logo, the Meeting Minutes
of March 28, 2022 show the introduction of the logo. The meeting minutes can be
seen at
https://indio.civicweb.net/document/12871/. I can't find an official
approval of the logo in meeting minutes.

If it helps at all, it is known the new Indio City Hall will have 3
flagpoles. If the city hasn’t replaced its flag already, it seems likely it will
with the new city hall.
Having been in Indio last year in October, it was
rather difficult to find any City flags at all, whether old or new. Indio is a
typical American city, with flags only at important municipal offices.

Indio previously used a flag which was the Indio logo rotated. It was adopted
anywhere from 2013 to 2015 and fell out of use in 2022. The flag can be seen at
the city hall in
Google Maps.

Indio, in Riverside County, has a flag. It appears to be two horizontal
stripes of yellow and red with a version of the city logo in the center, but
pictures are too small and indistinct to be able to tell for sure.

At the government's website, an image of what appears to be the first flag
can be seen. It appears to use a modified version of the former logo and two
stripes of yellow and red. It was probably adopted in 2012 or 2011.
