Heraldry:
"It was confirmed in March, 21st, 2008 by the decision #214
of XIX region council session. The rectangular panel with ratio
2:3 consists of red, green, white, green and dark blue horizontal
strips with a parity 3:1:10:1:3. In the centre of a white strip
is the small region emblem".

Heraldry:
"It was confirmed in March, 21st, 2008 by the decision #214
of XIX region council session. Argent fillet pall. In the centre
is argent Mercury's staff in pale twined by two or snakes. In the
first gules part is flying argent eagle. In the second vert is or
jug with or cone. In the third azure is or bowl from which beat
argent streams of water in shape of letter "M". The
shield enframed by or cartouche, crowned by argent urban crown
with three prongs and framed by a wreath from oak leaves. On
azure-whire-red tape is or inscription "KIROVS'KYI REGION
1935". The authors are O.Maskevich and S.Konovalov".
