The flag of Couva-Tabaquite-Talparo is in fact not all white, but burgundy
and white, with the emblem in the center.
Two version can be spotted:
- a “Canadian pale” white with burgundy stripes at the hoist and the fly,
and with the emblem (the rim of which is red) and the name of the
regional corporation below.

center of the rectangle flag (the rim this time is burgundy,
not red), as it can be seen here on the website of the ministry of rural

The white with seal flag of Couva-Tabaquite-Talparo regional Corporation can

It is a small "souvenir flag", meant for hanging hoisting, hanging on the
wall from a cord holding the ends of a rigid loose staff run up a sleeve along
its top edge hoist, ratio ~3:2, fly (bottom) ending in a orthogonal triangle
tip, white with the regional logo centered on the hoist side imaginary square,
its diameter about half the hoist length.
The logo is circular with dark red rim bearing white capitals reading
«Couva/Tabquite/Talparo Regional Corporation» on the top half and a leafy wreath
on the bottom, and enclosing a landscape scene featuring three mountain peaks,
the middle one aflame; the bottom half of the rim surrounded on the outside by a
tangent dark blue scroll bearing lettering reading «Performance • Perseverance •
Prosperity» set in white small caps with orange capital initials, all texts set
in a fantasy typeface.
