According to the Thai Ministry of Interior in 2000, the flag of Chantha Buri
province is red with a representation of the provincial seal (blue background,
yellow moon, and white rabbit) in the middle of the flag, and the name in the
province in yellow letters beneath the seal. The white rabbit is rather odd
since it is black on the seal where it stands for the dark areas of the moon.
The flag can be seen nowadays on the provincial website:

A book published in 1980 (BE 2523) shows a different pattern of the provincial flag. It is a red flag with a blue canton; the blue canton has an emblem of an upright rabbit encased in a moon. A scroll with the provincial name appears below the sun.
