I also passed through a place called Mölle (municipality of Höganäs, county
of Scania), which flew its own flag in the harbour.
Mölle is a seaside resort in Scania with 700+ inhabitants. It experienced its
heyday as a tourist destination of the well-to-do in the late 19th and early
20th centuries, for which reason it is sometimes jokingly referred to with the
English soubriquet "by-the-sea" even in Swedish.
I shot a less-than-excellent picture of the flag, based on which I produced the
attached sketch. Neither the flag nor the picture is anything to write home
about, but here they are. This time, I purposely made the picture in low
resolution, since the sketch is only based on my picture, and therefore must be
regarded as uncertain in every respect.
The flag is not mentioned, so far as I can see, on any official or semi-official
website (nor on any other web site for that matter…), so it most definitely
cannot have any official status. It is probably to be considered more a
tourist promotion logo than anything else.
The English-language
Wikipedia article
about the town, and here is another (but equally bad)
photo of it.
That one is someone else’s, but as for my own photo (and, of course, the sketch),
you’re free to use it.
I didn’t find the flag to the left in my photo on FOTW either (but maybe I just
missed it). I haven’t researched it in any way, but this time I can imagine it
being official or semi-official. It says "gästhamn" (literally "guest harbour"),
i.e. a harbour for visiting leisure craft. Here is a someone else’s close-up of
the
badge,
and here’s
another one.

I think the flags refered to below are interesing, albeit not official in any
way as far as I know. Except for the guest harbour flag, which I think has a
semi-official air to it as being some kind of common sign for guest harbours
around the shores of Sweden, probably organised by some cooperative organistaion.
