Project with the arms on white background

Flag adopted in 2001. White with the coat of arms in the center. Ratio 2:3

White flag with coat of arms was made for City Day, it flied on City Tower several days. Now the flag not existed.

According to the webpage, that flag is supposed to have been seen at the fortress of Vyborg.

This Flag of Vyborg is not adopted officially (info of D.Ivanov). It is a project made in 1990ths (and hoisted over the city on City Day). Now city council not discuss this project. Probably, they will adopt banner of arms.
