The Communauté intercommunale du Nord de La Réunion (Cinor) is the
communauté d'agglomération, an intercommunal structure, centred on the
city of Saint-Denis in Réunion.
It was created in December 2000. There are 212.000 inhabitants on
287.8 km² in 3 communes: Saint-Denis, Sainte-Marie, Sainte-Suzanne.
The flag is white with the logo. Two variants have been observed. Examples in 2022 (photo, photo, photo) and 2021 (photo, photo).

CA Sud (125,814 inhabitants in 2015; 56,470 ha) is composed of the municipalities of Entre-Deux, Saint-Joseph, Saint-Philippe, and Le Tampon. It succeeded in 2010 the Communauté de communes du Sud (CCSUD), which had been created in 1998 by Les Avirons, Entre-Deux, L'Étang-Salé, Saint-Joseph et Le Tampon. L'Étang-Salé left CCSUD in 2003. In 2010, Les Avirons left to join the Communauté intercommunale des Villes solidaires (CIVIS), while Saint-Philippe joined CA Sud.
The flag of CA Sud (photo) is white with the authority's logo.

Territoire de la Côte Ouest is the agglomeration community, an intercommunal structure, centred on the city of Saint-Paul in Réunion. It was created in December 2001. There are 211,000 inhabitants on 537.2 km² in 5 communes : Le Port, La Possession, Saint-Leu, Saint-Paul, Les Trois-Bassins.
The current flag of TCO is white with the logo adopted in 2016 (photo, photo). The motto means: "focus on sustainability".
No flag spotted as far as I know with the former logo.
