Shield Argent with base wavy of Azure and Argent, a millstone Gules flanked by two corn cobs Or leaved Vert, in chief a torn coat Azure. Mural crown Argent with three visible towers (village rank) and white scroll with inscription in black initials "COVELAS - TROFA".
Meaning:
The torn coat is an attribute of St. Martin of Tour, the local patron saint.
