Shield Gules with base wavy of Argent and Azure, an impending arch Argent masoned Sable, flanked on either side by a chisel Argent and a hammer Argent hilted Or in saltire, on chief six coins ordered 3:2:1, above and below four bezants, in between two plates. Mural crown Argent with three visible towers (village rank) and white scroll reading in black upper case serifed letters "UNIÃO DAS FREGUESIAS DE ARRIMAL E MENDIGA".
Meaning:
Base wavy and arch are taken from the arms of the former Arrimal Commune, coins and tools from those of the former Mendiga Commune.

Arrimal e Mendiga is one of the three communes of Municipality created by a merger during the 2013 changes. It had 1574 inhabitants in 2021 and covers 38,6 km².

Meaning:
The arch is a representation of the local Arco da Memória.

Arrimal was one of the six communes of Porto de Mós Municipality affected by the 2013 changes. It had 744 inhabitants in 2011 and covered 18,6 km².

Mural crown Argent with three visible towers (village rank) and white scroll with inscription in black capitals "MENDIGA".
Meaning:
Mendiga means beggar, and the coins are embedded due to a legend, symbolising the generosity of the inhabitants, who gave coins to a female beggar.
