The arms are Or a cross patty Gules voided Argent (Christ Knights' Order cross) and a book Argent bound Vert and agrapevine Purpure leaved Vert, all three set per chevron and base barry wavy of Azure Argent. Mural crown Argent with three visible towers (village rank) and white scroll reading in black upper case letters "BECO - FERREIRA DO ZÊZERE".
Meaning:
"Beco" means "dead end [street]", but this may not be the actual etym of this toponym and in any case it is not shown on the arms.

Beco Commune is one of the seven communes of Ferreira do Zêzere Municipality; it had 906 inhabitants in 2011 and covers 16.2 km².
