Mural crown Argent with four visible towers (town rank) and white scroll reading in black upper case serifed letters "UNIÃO DAS FREGUESIAS DE FREIXO DE ESPADA À CINTA E MAZOUCO".
Meaning:
The upper half displays the canting arms of the former Freixo de Espada à Cinta Commune, the lower half those of the former Mazouco Commune, slightly modified.

Freixo de Espada à Cinta e Mazouco is one of the two communes of Freixo de Espada à Cinta Municipality created by a merger during the 2013 changes. It had 2113 inhabitants in 2021 and covers 93,45 km².

Freixo de Espada à Cinta was one of the four communes of Freixo de Espada à Cinta Municipality affected by the 2013 changes. It had 2188 inhabitants in 2011 and covered 74,8 km².
