Today I received an answer from the Lubaczów County Administration about the adoption of new symbols in this county.
Current coat of arms and flag adopted by County Council of Lubaczów County by law "About changes in statute of the Lubaczów County": (Uchwała nr XXVIII/256 /2006 Rady Powiatu w Lubaczowie, z dnia 30 marca 2006 r. "O zmianach w Statucie Powiatu Lubaczowskiego"). Symbols adopted in March, 30 2006.
The administration of Lubaczów County adopted also own standard, which has been approved by advice of County Council on February,2 2006 . (WITH THE
OLD COUNTY COA!) (see this webpage).

Authors of new coat of arms and flags are employees and staff of the "Muzeum Kresów" in Lubaczów (Zenon Swatek, Janusz Mazur, Jerzy Plucha and Józef Mazurek).

Lubaczów is Lubaczów county in southeast Poland, c. 80 NE of Przemysl. The flag-image at this site is wrong.

That is very interesting. The County statute "Uchwała Nr XVII/133/2004 Rady Powiatu w Lubaczówie z dnia 2 grudnia 2004r." (see: this webpage) from 2 Dec 2004 shows still the old symbols. These old symbols were adopted 1999 and not accepted and had permission by the Polish National Heraldic Commission.

Unfortunately there are no sources, which publish the date and the law about these new symbols of Lubaczow county. Therefore I will write a letter to the administration of the county and will ask for the legal basis of this new symbols.
