Description of the flag: Three bends of equal breadth: argent, azur,
or.
Meaning: The colours are derived from the coat of arms of Baranów.
In 1992 Baranów city council, following the tradition, declared that the
coat of arms of the commune will be the old coat of arms of the city of
Baranów: ram's head argent with curled horns or on field azur. "Ram" means
"baran" and is the core of the city name. Baranów is in Kępno county.
