Overview

green with green-black triangular border, with central eagle . Is pictured in The Encyclopedia Catalana. Perhaps is not the flag of the Kingdom, but the standard of the viceroy (the pattern is similar to the Austrian rank flags...)
Jaume Ollé, 5 June 1997

The kingdom never had an own flag
Mario Fabretto, 8 June 1997

This is a doubtful flag: it is green with a border of triangles alternate green and black. In the center there is the crowned two headed eagle with sword and scepter. Should be attributed to the kingdom governor. Opinions collected from several sources:
-Can be an old rank flag for the Austrian viceroy.
-Can be a yellow flag (instead green)
-Don't exist

No. 120 - Lombard Venetian Kingdom (information at side: "still only used by Venice")

It is a mistake. It is not an Austrian flag but it is a Venetian flag of the XVIII century used by the navy, civil maritime and military (not in war). The blue stripe and in particular the Christian cross are typical for 1700's.

Coat of Arms

Recently I visited Museum of Military History in Vienna. The museum is hosted in the former Arsenal" which was build between 1848 and 1856. On the first floor the walls are decorated with the coat of arms of territories that in those years were Austrian. Here is a picture of the Lombardo-Veneto (in German Lombardie-Venedig) coat of arm as it is represented there.
