In this picture (http://www.ynetnews.com/PicServer3/2012/08/15/4101629/6_wa.jpg, source: http://www.ynetnews.com/articles/0,7340,L-4268920,00.html) taken in 2012, one can see a desktop flag (on the left) and also a full size flag (left, next to the Iranian flag) very similar to that of the Muslim Unity Flag reported by Bill Garrison on October 30, 2013. However this picture shows a more stylized rose, and a red fringe around the flag.
