Flag of Rustavi

The flag and arms of Rustavi are prescribed by Decree No. 217, adopted on 9 January 2008 by the Municipal Council.

The State Council of Heraldry at the Parliament of Georgia, 20 January 2011

The flag is vertically divided red-white with a red "Georgian" cross patty in the red stripe.
The design is confirmed by a photo of a table flag available on the municipal website.
