The ping pong table depicted is green with white lines, with the middle
horizontal stripe fit for pair games. On the upper hoist, two ping pong
rackettes, one red and the other (dark) blue, with wooden handles, five
ping pong balls in arc below and one above. The middle is crossed
vertically by a hair line sporting two black hinges. Ratio is 51:67

The second book in the "Jetlag" series of travel guide is
on "Phaic Tan (pronounced "Fake Tan"), which has a "National Flag" in
the design of a ping-pong (table tennis) table!

Parody travel book ISBN 1740661990 Phaic Tãn: Sunstroke on a Shoestring says on p.5:
Phaic Tan's national flag, the Pihng Pohng, is quite unusual — being the world's only hinged flag. Wilst unconventional, it does make flag-folding cerimonies more efficient.
