Dajla is in Western Sahara. It has more than 100.000 inhabitants.
Under the Spanish reign, the city was called 'Villa Cisneros'; however,
after 1975, it was renamed back to Dajla (Dakhla). Today the city remains
occupied by the Moroccan army.

A poster showing the arms/logo of Dajla is centered in a ring of seven other
logos, so presumably the white-blue-white disk with the yellow crabs and
8-pointed star is an emblem of a larger community.
