The flag reported in 2021 has seemingly been replaced by this new design with
an olive wreath and lettering.

The flag from 2006 shows a white cogwheel quarter in ocher through which a
blue fish swims over blue water (for the location on the Mediterranean Sea), on
both sides parts of an olive branch.

In 2011 a free-standing coat of arms was created: an oil derrick, growing out of a cogwheel quarter through which a fish swims, with part of an olive branch in front.

This coat of arms was improved in 2014 to the extent that it was surrounded
by a laurel wreath and thus better structured.
