White flag with town shield. Unfortunately the lady at the Information desk
could only tell me "I don't know why they raised that." This does suggest that
this too is not a very official flag.

Flag based on an image taken from Ralf Hartermink's International Civic Arms site, with shield shape change to match the small image of the official website. The detail of the coat of arms is below:

From Tranekaer Slot flies a red flag with white 1/3 fly: Described to me as
old flag of the family of the Counts of Tranekaer Slot. The man was "busy" and
not very willing to talk to me, probably since I was not in his pattern of
selling tickets for the museum or items from the museum shop, so I was unable to
get better details. This might mean it's the flag of the family
Ahlefeldt-Laurvig, but I'm not sure whether "old" meant that the flag changed,
or the family.

Vejle has a shield and even some unclear pictures of the flag were available,
which still has not led to a flag image, maybe because of the complication that
Vejle has the text "Vejle Kommune" under the shield on its flag. BTW, I'd guess
one would use "Vejle by" only when it's necessary to stress the subject is not "Vejle
Amt" (county). Here we're already talking about towns, so there's no need.
