It is a white pennant, shifted to the hoist is a red disc fimbriated blue white and showing three black deer antlers from the kingdom of Württemberg. At the hoist are dark blue inscriptions "G"(above) and "W"(below).
The lombard cities in the early middle ages called the supporters of the kin of Staufen and its head German King Friedrich Barbarossa the "Ghibellines" and the opponents the "Guelfs". The former word was adapted from the castle of Waiblingen, the letter from the Welfen kin and its head Heinrich the Lion, Duke of Saxony and Bavaria.

It is a 5-stripes flag divided by alternating red and white horizontal stripes. There is a white flag head containing a red pair of crossed oars flanked by an inscription "R" (hoist), "V" (top),, "W" (fly) and "1928" (bottom).
Note:
The inscription with oars is black within tiny source but due to past experiences it has usually the same colour as the stripes.

Established: 25 July 1901 as Sport Club Wetter (SCW)
It is a white flag with a green off-centred cross, black cotised. It is superimposed by the coat of arms of the counts of Mark (Markian chequered-bar in a golden shield).
The club was established on 25 July 1901 as Sport Club Wetter and renamed shortly after WW2, probably in 1919.
Since then its name was Ruder-Verein Wetter.
On 18 February 1929 the boards of Ruder-Verein Wetter und des RC Wittekind (in Herdecke) suggested a merger of both clubs, hoping to gain new members from Hagen, Vorhalle, Volmarstein and Wengern.
On 30 June 1926 the former was registred as Ruderverein Wetter e.V.
On 26 March 19129 the members of RC Wittekind voted for a merger. The members of Rv Wetter had done the same shortly before.
On 12 June 1929 delegates from Hagen, Herdecke und Wetter decided that the oldest club, Ruderverein Wetter, should continue to exist by changing its name, its statatutes and its flag.
On 18 June 1929 a general asssembly decided to adopt the name Ruder-Club Mark.

Note that according to theclub webpage the club has to be considered as a sailing club. Most of the more than 300 members are within the sailing department, according to Rudersportalmanach 2004 there remained just three members in the rowing department.
