It is a horizontal red over white over red triband with a black edged white roundel in its centre. In the centre of the roundel is a black figure, having the shape of an rectangle with diagonal lines outbound from each corner.
Around the object are black inscriptions "R" (above), "V" (hoist), "W" (fly) and "1885" (below).

The white flag is divided by a blue-white-blue saltire. In the centre of the flag is a white disc fimbriated blue and containing the club´s logo, which can be well seen onclub webpage (see below).
Description of logo:
A red asymmetric shield containing a white tool shaped like a "J" (probably part of a plough) is superimposing a yellow greyish pair of crossed oars.
The shield is flanked by black inscriptions "19"(left), "20"(right) and "RVB"(bottom).

It is a horizontal 10-stripes flag with alternating black and red. Red and black had been the colours of the flormer kingdom of Württemberg.
The canton is white divided by a black-edged white saltire the bendy crossbar superimposing the sinister-bendy one.

There were black inscriptions on any quarter as follows: "R"(upper hoist), "V"(upper fly), "H"(lower hoist) and "1908"(lower fly).
Over all on centre were the city arms of Heilbronn.

The colour of oars and letters is probably white.
