Shield Or, an abbot's crozier's snapped head Gules between two triplemounts issuant from flanches.
Meaning:
Until 1805 all villages of the nowadays municipality had been possessions of Austria and St. Blasien Monastery had special rights. The crozier is alluding to the monastery and the triplemounts are symbolising Ibach valley.
