Shield Azure, a trout Argent spotted Gules in bend.
Meaning:
Neckargerach had been a dominion of different branches of the Palatine Counts of Rhine until 1802. The pattern of the current arms could be found on seals since 1766, probably symbolising the location on the bank of Neckar River and local fishery. The colours blue and white had been those of the Palatine Counts.

The banner probably had never been approved officially.
