It is a light blue over white over green horizontal tricolour. The coat of arms without shield is in the white stripe.

In a silver (= white) shield is a bunch of blue grapes held by a green stem with two leaves.
Meaning:
Weingarten belonged to the Palatine Electorate until 1802. The pattern of the arms is canting. The draft of the current versions was finished in 1901. Similar patterns had however been on seal since the 16th century.

The arms were adopted in 1901. The banner was adopted by the local council in 1933.
