Shield Azure, a tressure Or, in centre an oar and a fisherman's hook in saltire, both Or.
Meaning:
The tools are representing Linkenheim, located on the east bank of the Rhine. They are also stressing the importance of fishing and shipping in the past. Both are known from local seals since 1562. The tressure is representing Hochstetten. Originally a local symbol it later had been construed as a belt-buckle. The tinctures are also taken from the arms of Hochstetten.
