It is a red-white vertical bicolour with centred arms.

Shield quartered, 1st and 4th quarter Argent, 2nd and third quarter Gules, each charged with seven 6-point stars Argent, ordered 3:2:2 in 2nd quarter and 2:3:2 in 3rd quarter, over all in centre a heraldic rose in counterchanged colours.
Meaning:
The rose is taken from the old arms of the city. The 14 stars are representing the former independent municipalities, incorporated on 1 January 2010.

The arms were approved on 18 March 2011 by the county administration.
