Shield Azure, an ash branch Or in bend with eight leaves, in base superimposed by a bar wavy Argent.
Meaning:
The bar wavy is representing Schunter River. The leaves of the ash are representing the former eight municipalities, among them the six municipalities below and Essehof and Wendhausen, which had no proper flags. The colours blue and yellow are referring to the historical Braunschweig region and to former Braunschweig County, to which seven of the eight municipalities belonged.
The arms were approved on 12 March 1980.

Shield parted per pale, at dexter Argent a demi-eagle Gules couped per pale, at sinister Vert an oak leaf Argent in pale.
Meaning:
The demi-eagle is taken from the arms of the Von-Garssenbüttel kin, who lived in the village until 1625. The other half is referring to the rural character of the village, symbolised by the green colour, as well as the forests, symbolised by the oak leaf.
The arms were approved on 13 July 1979.

The staked dam (German: Flechtzaun) is a canting element. The scales are alluding to the Lords of Campen, who had the rights of local cognisance in Campen Castle.

The carp is symbolising fish breeding, which had been an important business line in the past. Acorn and leaves are alluding to Lehrer Wohld, a local forest. The colours blue and yellow are referring to the historical Braunschweig region and to former Braunschweig County.
The arms were approved as municipal arms of Lehre on 25 May 1962.
