It is a 5-stripes banner with alternating green and white stripes with ratio 1:1:4:1:1. The arms are in the middle of the central stripe. Sometimes a black inscription "ZEUTHEN" is on top of the shield (see right image above).

Shield parted by a fess wavy Azure charged with a barrulet wavy Argent, above Argent a tree Vert trunked Sable and issuant from fess wavy, beneath chequered of Gules and Argent (6 x 4).

The arms are according to the local Hauptsatzung in use since 1993. The banner was adopted on 12 May 2004 by the local council.
