Teising Coat of Arms

Shield parted per bend, above left Azure a fleur-de-lis Or, beneath right Argent three pales Azure.
Meaning:
The three pales are taken from the arms of the Lords of Teysingen, who lived in the village in the 13th and 14th century. The fleur-de-lis here is an attribute of St. John the Baptist, the local patron saint. It is also the classical attribute of St. Mary and as such alluding to Altötting Abbey. The tinctures blue and white are those of Bayern and the Wittelsbach kin.

The yellow-blue banner and the arms were approved on 9 August 1982 by district governor (Regierungspräsident) of Oberbayern.
