Shield parted per pale, at dexter Argent two rollers Gules with newels Or in pale, at sinister Gules two rollers Argent with newels Or in pale.
Meaning:
The oldest seal prints from 1456 already display the current pattern, the rollers had been also interpreted as fullers, reels or pitch torches. Seals from the 16th and 17th century basically displayed the same pattern. There hed been especially the interpretation of baker's fullers, as Bech was erroneously considered to be derived from baker. The municipality applied for the tinctures white and blue as colours of the Papenheim kin. But in 1933 the current tinctures had been chosen.
