The cantonal shooting society was founded in 1831, and received then its first flag. The second flag
was introduced in 1898, the third flag in 1947. The fourth flag from 1993, showing the coats of arms of
the seven cantonal districts in shades of grey along the hoist side, is still in use
(picture, picture, source:
SCTF/FKSV).
Prospectively the fifth flag will be introduced on occasion of the Society's 200th
anniversary in 2031 (Information: SCTF/FKSV).
