Argent, a Saint passant robed Sable, haloed and carrying a bag and a staff,
and wearing sandals Or, on a Base Vert between two trees of the same trunked
Gules.
Here is the German blazon:
In Silber auf grünem Boden ein schreitender, schwarz gekleideter Wendelin
mit goldenem Nimbus, goldenem Stab, goldener Tasche und goldenen Sandalen
zwischen zwei grünen Bäumen mit roten Stämmen.
Here is an attempt of translation:
In silver on green soil a walking, black dressed Wendelin with golden halo,
golden staff, golden bag and golden sandals between two green trees with red
trunks.
The snag is that the word which poses problems is the one I don't know how to
translate.

Wendelin is a name. There's for example a "Saint-Wendelin of Trier",
whose story can be read at http://www.newadvent.org/cathen/15587c.htm.
It is said that he is "still venerated in Switzerland".
