Description of the flag

The municipal flag of Trochu, Alberta (population: 1,033) has an illustration of the provincial boundaries along a wagon wheel which is a possible reference to a ranch established by an early settler to the region, Armand Trochu, in 1903, which ultimately lead to the establishment of a town which bears his name.
