In 2018 new flag was introduced, which can be seen here:

It is a tricolor bend sinister of green, white and red with the arms centered
on the white bend sinister. The arms consist of a shield quartered green and
blue bearing local symbols, surmounted by an arc of five gold stars, the date on
a white ribbon below, and a wading bird facing away on each side.

It was a horizontal tricolor of dark blue-green-red with a light blue canton containing a tropical tree.
