"Club Náutico Albatros" was founded on 31 January 1963 in Buenos Aires
by Gerardo Novoa and his brother-in-law Aldo Marchi.

The burgee of the club, as shown on a photo available on the club
website, is white with a blue horizontal stripe and a red triangle,
most probably representing an albatros, shifted to the hoist. On the
photo, the blue stripe is wider (c. 1/5 of the flag width), the
albatros is bigger with a larger angle between the wings than on the
club badge shown on the same page.
