Description of the flag

Piqua is a city in Union County, Ohio with a population of 20,354 at the 2020 census.

I emailed the City of Piqua about the flag, and they sent it to me. The image of the flag was sent to me by the Public Information Officer and the Public Relations Coordinator. It consists of a blue swallowtail burgee with a thick white border. On the blue part, there's a red and white shield with a white building in the red, and a red Native American head popping up from the red part. Above the shield is big letters that spell out "PIQUA", and below the shield is a white ribbon that spells "OTATH HE WAUGH PE QUIA".
