Grandview Heights is a city in Franklin County and a suburb of Columbus, the state capital. As of the 2020 census, the population was 8,085.
I have found the flag for the city of Grandview Heights, Ohio. The official flag is white with a horizontal blue bar in the middle. In the center is the old logo (basically a seal) which had a tree, a white silhouette of Ohio, and some words. The words are too out of focus to be legible.

The seal shows a depiction of an old gristmill owned by the Fishinger family
on the bank of the Scioto River.
