A chaotic flag with a bit of charm to it, I found it in John M. Purcell's "Confronting Tradition and Whim: The Design of United States Civic Flags". The flag consists of a view of Sandusky, Erie, Seneca, and Huron Counties with a heart in the middle of them, representing the location of Bellevue, Ohio. Each county has it's own vehicle and state route in them, Sandusky has a six-wheeler, Erie has a car, Seneca has a tractor, and Huron has a locomotive. Above the counties is a sort of ribbon that says "Bellevue, Ohio" with an arrow pointing at Bellevue's location on the map. North of that is Lake Erie, and on the sides you can see more of the state of Ohio.
