Description of the flag

River Bend, North Carolina has updated their flag. They replaced the old seal that had the shape of North Carolina on it to a yellow and gold one with the silhouette of a bird sitting atop a cattail plant.

River Bend is a fairly new town, incorporated in 1981. The town flag has the logo on a white background. The logo consists of the words "TOWN of RIVER BEND" on top, "North Carolina" on the bottom. In the center, is the map of North Carolina, with the Neuse River (blue streak on flag) going through it. The number "1981" is at top, right of the logo. The red dot on the map shows where River Bend is.

There seems to be an update to the seal used by the town at https://www.riverbendnc.org/, however I am not able to confirm if a flag is used by the village or not.
