Falmouth is in Barnstable County, southeastern Massachusetts. The flag is white with the town seal in the center, consisting of a shield with a plow on the upper white part, and a sailing ship on the lower blue part. The seal is surrounded by a ring bearing the town name and date of incorporation.

the Memoriam variant. Similar to the original except the flag is less rectangular, bottom text is shrunken and blue, and above the police patch is a black-blue-black tricolor band with "IN MEMORIAM" in cyan caps superimposed on said band.
