After contacting the city clerk, I
received information regarding the flag of Bartow.
The flag of Bartow was
adopted on November 2, 1981. Mayor Goddard, his wife, and his daughter designed
this flag and paid for a physical copy. He presented this physical copy on that
day to the city's commissioners, who all approved it as the official city flag.
