The flag of Citrus County, Florida is white, with a large seal bearing between two olive branches a red-rimmed disk, showing a watercourse and forest background, overlain by a manatee, two deer and a native American. In the center is a seal which shows a leaping fish against a radiant sun.

The older version is still used (as can be seen within the courthouse). However, outdoors at the courthouse and public library, a white flag with the county seal is flown instead. It is unclear when the replacement was made (as the flag is known to have flown in front of the courthouse in 2005), but it appears the change happened anywhere between 2011 and 2014.
