The current seal was adopted in 1971. "Said seal is circular in shape with the words "Town of Windsor Locks, Connecticut * Seal *" along the outer edge. Within the larger circle, there are three smaller circles on which are shown an airplane, railroad train and canal locks, respectively." (https://ecode360.com/26844053)
