Description of the flag

The only picture we have of our Town Flag can be found on photographer Jerry Dougherty's website @ www.public.fotki.com/gcdougherty. Click on the Town of Windsor Locks, and a picture of the flag can be found on page 109. We don't have a picture of the full flag at this point, but this should give you an idea of what it looks like. The seal

The current seal was adopted in 1971. "Said seal is circular in shape with the words "Town of Windsor Locks, Connecticut * Seal *" along the outer edge. Within the larger circle, there are three smaller circles on which are shown an airplane, railroad train and canal locks, respectively." (https://ecode360.com/26844053)
